What are the operating hours?
- Monday through Thursday 10 am to 8 pm.
- Saturday hours are 1st & 3rd Saturday 10 am-2 pm
- Last Saturday of every month are Parent Training Sessions 11 am-12:30 pm

- We offer crisis appointments within 24 hours. Submit an appointment request or Contact us direct at (301) 882-1000.
Where are you located?

Do your therapists offer shorter or longer sessions? 30-minute or 90-minute sessions?
- All of our therapy session are 60 minutes long if your therapist believes you may benefit from shorter or longer session they can make that adjustment. Some sessions can be bi-weekly.
Do your therapists offer sessions over the phone?
- The therapist do offer phone check ins once the therapist-client relationship is established but at this time we do not offer Skype sessions.
What if I need to cancel a therapy session?
- Appointments must be canceled 24 hours prior to avoid late charges.
Is your office closed on major holidays?
- Yes CCFC is closed on most major holidays. Our Helpline is available 24/7 at 301-882-2002.
Is your office open in bad weather?
- When it comes to inclement weather the office operates on the same schedule as Prince George’s County Courts. If they are on delay or closed our offices are as well.
