Alecia joined CAFY as an intern during her summer break from Frostburg.  After obtaining her Bachelor’s in Psychology in May 2014, Alecia joined CAFY as a Crisis Intake Specialist working with victims of crime, Mental Health Clinicians, and Case Managers.  She coordinates crisis appointments, is the emergency contact for intervention calls as well as the helpline.  Alecia works to identify other coordinated services and is involved in outreach for both seniors and at-risk youth.  Alecia’s passion is to work to meet people where they are and help during critical transitions in life.
